Just got done with the red carpet private screening of the coming DVD release. It took me a minute to stop seeing spots after all those flashbulbs - I should have listened to Sean's advice.

It is amazing!!!! Great job on putting that baby together, Dan - it's top notch. Dave and his team at rawtime.com did a great job filming that Steamboat show. The highlight has to be A Bitter Tree - the camera work on the drums is perfectly mixed in. Man does Bukka kick ass on the keys and accordian!  Well, I'll leave it at that or none of you will even bother ordering a copy.

I don't remember the band sounding that good when I saw them at that same venue. This must have been filmed after that, because they were very tight. But then again I did get to see Charlie Sexton join them for a few songs.

Pat, I thought it very touching that you edited the shots of Will's bass to put Kent's name right on it. It brought a tear to my eye to realize how far you two have come to patch things up!

Joe McCarthey, you can expect a package at your door shortly.
