And (as I predicted) he blames Bush for the Mad Cow outbreak.

Now, call me naive but why would it be up to the government to set up an aggressive tracking system to prevent an outbreak. I would think the indusrty itself would be motivated to protect itself rather than sit on it's hands and wait for the gov't to require certain controls or standards (which I'm suuuure would've been welcomed with open arms by the beef industry.)

Hillary and Bush must be laughing their asses off.
