Absolutely. This is the industry's fault, and sadly a byproduct of their greed. Could have been entirely avoided, and they knew from what happened in Great Britain, that they were just sitting on a time bomb here. Now there are dozens, perhaps hundreds (or more) people who have this thing harbored in their nervous tissue, and who won't get sick for at least 7 more years (possibly longer). When they do become ill, the disease is devastating and fatal.
