That's funnier than hell.  Just like when Bush said he "personally" thought that Saddam should recieve the death penalty...him saying that he believes in due process but he should get the dealth penalty just makes no sense.  If you believe in due process...you keep your damn mouth shut until the trial has been completed.  Ain't I naive?
