yeah, Ashcroft (and/or the fed judge) really showed his ass on that one.  Tommy wasn't doing anything that 15 kazillion other merchants do every day. But since it was such a natural fit for him, I guess that automatically makes it illegal (yeah right) to sell paraphenalia.

Somewhere up in the attic, I still have that old Big Bambu album of his. How many of you had that one?  Low Rider was great, but An Ear Ache My Eye used to crack me up every time I heard it.  In high school, me and some buddies figured out that the giant rolling paper that came with it held exactly 1 ounce of bad mexican weed. Now that was a spleef!
