Well, perhaps then Roger just tell him you respect his support for the president but feel the office is not the best place for such a broad display. Politics may be best left (or hung) at home in his den in this case. Plus what if you have clients in that are not Bush supporters...it seems an odd statement at the center of an office. I worked for a couple of hardcore right wingers but other than dropping verbal bombs around the office we were not subjected to that sort of fun and games.
