I remember being a fan of her original band, the Blake Babies. A trio in the late 80's early 90's who according to their website are all still active as solo artists. http://www.blakebabies.com/ 

Sunburn and Earwig are the two Blake Babies albums I had and I remember really being into those two albums for a good long time. I haven't heard Julianna recently but what I did like about her and the band was the decent pop songwriting and her breathy voice.  She had a minor hit solo with the song "My Sister"
