First 45s, a cousin gave me Lay Down Sally, Clapton and Off the Wall, Jackson cause he didn't like'em; I was thrilled to have my one records (we were very poor) ( I was about 11)

First Album, Linda Ronstadt's Greatest Hits Vols. I & II, damn she was hot (I was about 13, they were Christmas gifts from my mom)

First Albums I bought (cassettes)(I was 14) The Wall, High Infidelity, loved'em both, but played The Wall nonstop for about two weeks, now as an obnoxious high schooler I love my hard rock, the real stuff, no poser bands like Motley Crue, I got into hard rock when I was living in Montana, participating in a summer program for kids who wanted to go to college, but come from a poor background. Well, we were visiting Bozeman College, I'm out on the quad playing volleyball and some college kid puts his stereo in the window. A song starts slow, loud, and nasty . . . The Jack by AC/DC. I was hooked. I stopped playing and asked somebody who and what that was. High Voltage was the third cassette I bought. I still love AC/DC, I prefer Bon Scott stuff, but I like Brian Johnson on Back and Black, For Those About to Rock, and a few songs off the last few albums. But, I digress . . .
