Gene - I think that a post election period of lawsuits and court decisions are a foregone conclusion. I think the courts are now considered part of the election process from here on out.For starters - the CO electoral college thing is going to the courts. Here in FL - the provisional ballots are already causing trouble. And then there's the whole mess out west with that RNC funded group tearing up dem registrations...which is now under investigation and most likely headed to court. And let's not forget the electronic voting. Ripe for court scrutiny. You know - it's funny. The founding fathers made the inauguration a few months after the election so the Pres-elect could ride his horse from wherever he was to DC. Now we need that time just to sort out election day in court. I guess those guys were pretty smart.Dan
