I thought they built the Hummer to make sure that when they run you down, you don't live to sue. As a matter of fact I think one of the comments in the Hummer promo kit says "wandering pedestrians or small foreign automobiles are reduced to a bloody spot on the road leaving barely a trace they ever existed!" and the photo next to this shows a soccer mom backing over a Subaru full of what appears to be migrant workers.
