Facts are interesting things. They evolve, devolve and generally are interpreted from the direction one wants. Kinda like statistics. One reason to not have the states take over the responsibility of approving or disapproving abortion is that no matter what, if the wealthy want to have an abortion, they will go wherever it is legal. The poor, however, would have no choice and so we would go back to the dark ages of backyard butchery, babies born and thrown out in backpacks and weird potions. That is why it is a national issue, not just a states issue. Just my .02.
