NTL, just a bit of addition to your description of Vermont. To the west of Lake Champlain(America's 6th largest) is the North Country* of New York state, which contains the roughly 6 million acre Adirondack Park. Which is the largest land preserve east of the Mississippi River. It creates a very extensive buffer that Lake Champlain would not by itself if development on that side of the lake were not severely restricted. But please don't spread that information around.

Sorry to say this, but I am certain David is not forgotten by the Bushites. I fear the 'yet' is merely an event that has yet to arrive.

* Upstate New York is actually much further south, beginning just north of the city and possibly extended as far north as Saratoga Springs and west along 90 to Buffalo. Just as oddity explained.
