David - yes, at the end the inspectors were in Iraq - giving it another try. As Pat posted - when they wanted to do unannounced inspections -- they were not allowed to. Do you remember they kept leaving because they were denied full access? That would raise my suspicions. I'm sure even the slanted NY Times reported what was going on.
