Is it the role of the government to rebuild personal residences distroyed by Katrina and Rita? Bush seems to think so in grabbing 250 Billion for the pocketbooks of Americans. Most of these folks affected in New Orleans were lower class and I'm sure had no insurance. And if we do go down this road can you imagine what precident it will set?
