They have a hard time using the words "conservative base". Unfortunately I think Bush will put and equally problematic candidate up there like Miguel Estrada. He is pissed we don't support him on the Miers thing. I think he forgot the part about promising us candidate recommendations in the mold of Scalia and Thomas.
