agreed, or don't bother to at all.  as a teen i used to dress-up as a leaf-filled dummy and lie on the ground near the entrance to the house...sneak a brush against an ankle or perhaps grab a pantleg every so often; yeeikes! tht would raise a scream or two.  mostly i'd just lay there and look up at the night sky, ...relaxing...& listening to the halloween night sounds...until loosing interest and handing-out candy for a while...or spending ten minutes trying to explain to an unerved mom that I really did not mean to scare the crap out of her kid and HER.  society's b'come too whacked on FUD to let a little freewheeling theatrics into one single night a year.  halloween's run its course imho.  this is m' first post in this forum; i'm going to clam-up and just read for a time, ...see what's the gist of it....

stay gold...the hardest hue to hold....
