Pat, I don't know what the hell you know about collecting intelligence from people, but it's apparently very little. EVERY reputable interrogator I've read about and those I know do not condone or use torture. Hell, the New Yorker recently did an article on one of the world's most effective interrogators and he plainly said torture does not work and there are better techniques to get information than torture.
What I know is I have heard people that have used it effectively from both camps. But I see your radar only picks up they side you agree with. The New Yorker................please
