Phish is doing this too, except through a Web site within 48 hours of the show. This way they're doing it themselves without letting ClearChannel or any other "middleman" get in the way. Their shows are $9.95 for MP3s or $12.95 for SHNs. Also, they can do some quality control in the 48 hour period. With Phish shows having a different setlist every night without songs repeating, it makes sense. More at: http://www.livephish.com
