The Mission Impossible theme is a classic for sure. I associate it less with the show and more with something from my life. For a while in my younger days I ran sound for a fat hypnotist at a variety of comedy clubs and private functions because I thought hypnosis was interesting and I needed to make some extra cash and he used it as his theme music to open the show.
For some reason the Sanford and Son theme has always stuck like glue to my brain...
