I gotta admit though the only Nicholson performance I had a hard time watching was in a film called "About Schmidt" which made me wonder why the hell they picked Nicholson to play that part.
I thought that was excellent and out of character for Nicholson so, it might have required some acting skills. Yes, it was generally a hard story to watch but well done.
