It is not easy for informed people to separate the fact from opinion in the mainstream news. When opinion is constantly be stated as fact or "facts" are based on tools (surveys, opinion polls etc.) that are purposely slanted to give a false result. It think that it is very telling when FrontLine (a pbs program) does a story on bias in the media and leaves out the most widely watch news network from the story (that's Fox by the way).
