I was the catalyst for putting the Left Banke together. I introduced all the different elements, it wasn't a grand design as much as a common desire to create Beatles type music, you know melody, harmony, good vocals and clever arrangements.
Some of our fans were George Harrison & Keith Richard. Strange when you consider we never featured guitar, maybe they both heard guitar parts that weren't there.
