For me the issue is that every time an African American speaks in public, it seems, somebody somewhere says he/she plagiarized and makes a big deal out of it; whereas, let Whites speak blatant plagiarisms, not to mention outright lies, follies, deceptions . . . and no one seems to bat an eye.
