Nader is not going to be invited to debate anywhere at any time. Nobody wants him and he knows this. He seems to feel he is raising issues the other candidates won't raise but some of what he is saying was part of the John Edwards platform and that sunk him. Edwards at least was a real candidate that was electable. Nader is hot air.

The key thing to keep in mind about him, and maybe I did not do a good job of saying it in my last post, is that the only people that will vote for Nader are people that never would have voted for the Democrat or the Republican no matter who they were. Nader is not going to drain votes from anybody and he will not be seen as an option to people who don't like McCain or Obama. This guy won't even make the ballot in all 50 states. The media reported his announcement and that will be the only blip he makes on the radar screen.

On Obama quitting now...why would he do that? He looks like he's about to knock out Hillary and if he does that he's got a 50-50 shot at being the next president. While he may look a little slow on the draw at times his campaign people have done a great job. Knocking out the mighty Clintons is no small feat. Hats off to them. It's not over and the Clintons are digging around for muck I'm sure but they need some nasty stuff to do him in now.

I think McCain is going to wage a one note campaign against Obama. It'll be all about how McCain is the old pro and Obama is the wet behind the ears snot nosed kid. This gives Obama a very good chance...sort of...
