It doesn't say much for the government's protection of our privacy that it was even possible for the "contractors" to look, though.
If you've ever worked inside the walls of a government institution I don't think you would be surprised. I'm sure there are holes a mile wide that people could get to. I've worked for the State of Texas for several years and I could tell stories..............and I'm glad I left :)
