The way I look at it is this - we have an amazing thing here. This wonderfully talented person we all proclaim to respect, enjoy and appreciate, actually takes the time to come here and respond and engage us.

I do not know of any other musician or artist that does this, or even comes close to doing anything near what DB does. From what I have seen, other artists will pop into a fan site and drop generic droppings to their fans and periodically answer vapid questions.

Next, not to suck up to DB, but here is this person who has shared with us some very private thoughts and dared to show us part of of who he is. We certainly can't know all of it, but he has shown us some of it. With that, I do not think this person we come here for is hateful, nor has he portrayed himself to be a cold blooded assassin. From what I have gathered, instead of outward assassination, he seems more along the lines of just wanting things to be fair and for those who are unfair, to someday get their commuppance. And not by his hand, but by one who does do the judging on a higher plane.

If Marc can't see the offensiveness of posting that video by the reaction here, not only by frequent guests, but by also the main attraction, I don't know if anyone will ever be able to get it across to him.

It was not provocative or something to even talk about, but sick and offensive.

As for the appearance of right wingers here, I hope all fans regardless of political beliefs continue to come here. For one, maybe DB's music will help them grow some compassion, put some coin in his pocket and somehow keep us others on our toes.
