I shredded potatoes last night ~~ boiled them & then quick stir-fried em in olive oil (she didn’t mind, she’s a cartoon). & steamed long-grain rice seasoned with a little cumin. & put together this black bean and chick-pea chili with hot Madras curry, a handful of garlic, & cilantro, & fresh-blanched tomatoes, & green chilies…to pour over the top of the rice & potatoes in their own separate mounds of yumminess. Then went out in the garage to measure my chainsaw. What was it big@l said? Happy wife…& all that.
