For something to be tested as filibuster-proof, it would require the dems to actually draft some legislation or take a stand on anything.

Of that I'm skeptical.

As to their winning a majority... I may take that bet - let me consult with my wingnut buddy who, while an absolute ass politically, is frighteningly accurate with his predictions.
