my favorite dishes are …  matar panir, chala panak, panir makhni, chana papri chat, &  chicken curry (not always the same curry mixture), saffron basmati, & naan.  …I can’t (yet) prepare any of these dishes (45 minutes west, 60 mins. east), but I’m learning the seasonings, Eugene, and found a shop that stocks them fresh packaged.  If you have a recipe for any of the above, don’t post it, just make a big batch … carefully package it in dry-ice … and ship to the address I’m PMing you, care of  Messybear’s Ultimate Favorite Food, So Special it’s Freakin Spiritual Man!
