taken after a meal...no no no...when I was growin up my old man and uncle (well all Irish men) swore that there was every vitamin and mineral you'd need in Murphy's or beamish...and you wouldn't need anything else at all at all to be fillin yourself up with and sure a hot meal sure t'would be a waste of food and there loads of starvin' children the world over dyin' for the want of an oul potatoe and leaf of cabbage (Bleugh)
