Crime should not go unpunished but the crime has to be commited first.

I dare you to get the police off their ass for something you "think" is gonna happen. It just doesn't happen. A woman can know that her ex is going to do her bodily harm but she will told "I'm sorry, he has to do something first."

What event will next fall into the "Rave" category ? There are other events where a little smoking and or drinking is probable, are they next ? What of the innocent ticket holders who just wanted to see the show ? Is the Greatful Dead Tour next ?
