Well, it's nice that he got the chance to do that. Most folks who drive drunk and kill somebody & then flee the scene have to do their rededicating from behind bars. I'm just sayin' . . . But wait--that's not right--he didn't flee the scene after killing somebody. He fled while that person was still alive, and she apparantly spent several agonizing hours, dying a slow, horrible death while he slept it off.I'm with Rosskol on this one. Can't deny he did good later in his life, but don't enjoy seeing him lionized either. At least I think that was Rosskol.Or maybe we should take another approach, and have each of our senators kill somebody so they will be spurred to greater responsibility in office.
