On Friday afternoons, just prior to boarding the school bus home, I encourage my 6th graders to demonstrate their artistic sides in front of their classmates. Yesterday I expected our class guitarist to rip through "Sunshine Of Your Love", as this is what we had discussed earlier in the day.
