oh . . . and i had to play "Nothing's Gonna Bring Me Down" while jogging on the Venice Beach Boardwalk two weekends ago . . . but i did not put lemonade in my beer . . .

and like many of you have said, my favorite can rotate depending on my mood or what's going on in my life . . . and there are so many lines that just jump out and make me catch my breathe in wonder at their brilliance . . . i'm a sucker for songs about despair, with underpinnings of hope . . .
