Agree entirely Dale.  The facts is...we know, and Kobe has admitted, messing around on his beautiful wife (go figure), and got caught "with his pants down".  The "rest", as to what transpired is hypothetical, and hopefully some semblance of the truth will emerge.

You are so right on about the "target" thing.  He's a highly visible, enormously talented and extremely paid athlete, and his exposure in the public eye is commensurate with that status.  He has to keep his guard up at all times, and quit acting like a "dick head" (sorry about that).
