equate poverty with racial classification, primarily.
Poverty is pervasive, in many ways it is apolitical,..and really a fact of the human condition, here and
elsewhere. A very complex socioeconomic and cultural phenomena. Politicians like to manipulate the
racial aspects, because they love to foster dischord between racial groups. A divided "poor" is weaker
than a unified body. Better to have black vs white, than poor vs ruling class. Don't agree with what
you stated...unless I am misinterpreting your post.
