One other Tarrytown tip, while you are there if you are looking for a casual meal and some drinks or to try some different beers, stop by this place:http://bridgeviewtavern.com/Currently my friend Rick is the head chef here and the place is well known for the rather large selection of beer they offer and since Rick took over the food is getting great reviews. It's actually in Sleepy Hollow but the area is sort of like one little town everything is so close.
