Finished the book.....Well, I was underwhelmed. Sometimes when reading her writing, you can hear her speaking in your mind. Hynde turned out to be a huge boozer and drug user and makes no apologies for her life because it got her where she is now. In one way, I never knew she all around the music scene like she was.
Unfortunately, the book abruptly ends right before the emergence of the LP Learning to Crawl. She barely touches on her marriage to Davies or what it was like for an unapologetic, independent rocker to become a mother (though she does admit it was the greatest thing that happened to her). It was an ok but, but not what I thought it would be....
