Arizona Kevin:The whole point that I have been trying to get through to people
is that with a home mortgage --- they are paying for THREE
HOUSES just for the priviledge of living in ONE HOUSE.No, I am not rich, nor did I get a large settlement --- it was only
1% of what I should have gotten --- as per the judge's oringinal
opinion on our class action.However, by paying CA$H for the house --- I was able to remove
about $275,000 in additional money I would have been
overpaying for my house.I also know techniques for removing a thirty year mortgage in
TEN YEARS, which limits the damage considerably. However,
some people here would rather bitch at me for bringing up an
unpleasant truth. What some of them should do is take some
advice from someone who has already eliminated a big hassle by
removing the mortgage.By not having a $700 a month mortgage, I have an outrageous
amount of expendable cash --- but of course --- some here
would say I am simply making it all up.Also --- I have no children --- and I do not smoke cigarettes, I
do not gamble or play the lottery (the lottery is a 98% STUPIDITY
TAX!), nor do either my wife or I impulse shop. These days, I am
spending most of my available spending money to expand my
reference and research library.Also, because I have more expendable cash, I am able to pay the
monthly American Express bill also in cash, which means I do
not pay interest on my credit cards --- something I have not
done for the past ten years (pay interest on my credit card bills).My whole SECRET if you will --- has been simply knowing at all
times what is the most effective use of my money. This I learned
working as a stock broker and also by being a licensed
investment banker. As soon as I learned WHAT AND HOW to do
to start a business, I quit working the Wall Street gig, and
purchased a small KINKO'S type of print shop. In the ten years I
did that, I grew the volume of the sales in that business by
2000% over the time I owned and managed the business.Of course, I know how to do this AND I AM WILLING TO PASS ON
WHAT I KNOW --- but certain people would rather BITCH at me
than listen to what I have to say --- which would immediately
benefit their household bottom line.So, they go to bed thinking I am a crazy asshole --- but I get to
do a lot of things they cannot do because I manuvered myself
into a financial sweet spot --- I get to do a lot of things that
others cannot afford because they just gave their vacation money
to the PRIVATELY OWNED FEDERAL RESERVE BANK that holds
