So, sadly for this country and the planet...these people are huddling discussing how they will force a brokered convention if Bernie Sanders walks away with the most votes and delegates at the end of this primary process. Yes, the party that must beat Trump to save this country and the world are actually plotting how to lose to Trump...and according to an article in today's New York Times are willing to do "damage" to the Democratic party and honestly the entire planet to "stop Sanders" and get us 4 more years of Trump.

I say this not to scare anybody, though it should, but to make clear the problem we have involves more than Donald Trump.

I will guarantee you right now if the Democrats have a brokered convention and install a candidate rather than going with the candidate that won the most votes, delegates, and support...well...Trump will win the election perhaps by a record number. It will signal the end of Democracy in this country and plunge us into a period of turmoil we have never seen in our lifetimes. 

Why do I say this? Well, if the DNC does this brokered convention deal and moves toward installing one of the people the superdelegates mention in that article...the list by the way includes...

Mark Warner

Nancy Pelosi

Chris Coons

Sherrod Brown

and...wait for it...

Michelle Obama

...this will PROVE that Trump is correct when he says that Democrats do not want to honor the votes of the American people if they choose to instead throw out the votes and install a candidate of their choosing. 

The DAMAGE this would do to the Democratic party and our election process if they do this would last for at least a generation because it would not just signal that your vote does not count it would SAY your vote does not count. I should say sadly as well, and I honestly hated hearing this, that every Democrat running for president except Sanders when asked point blank during the last debate if they would support this plan said they would...they will support a brokered convention rather than throwing support behind whomever wins the most votes and support.

This is a hideously stupid plan and the fact that they have put it out there shows these people have NO FUCKING IDEA what that they are doing. 

If you are somebody that votes for Democrats, you should be furious at this stupidity. 

Not a single person on that list has received a vote in this primary...

So, I ask everybody here, I know the majority of the visitors here and the regulars all are quite aware we need to elect somebody other than Trump...how do you feel about this?
