...well, that was no joke. Except he did not want to do it to cure them of Covid he just wanted to microwave them for peacefully protesting where he wanted to create a photo op. He had his people ask to use the "Active Denial System"...which I know sounds like something that describes how he responds daily when he gets caught being the criminal he is...but is really a "heat ray" that cooks people.
