Well, yes, I do not think any Democrat will sign on to this plan nor discuss it unless they win the Senate majority. Basically, they are counting on Republicans voting for Biden to win the election. I do not believe they would risk losing any of those voters by talking about expanding the Supreme Court. Feinstein is no world beater and is exactly the type of centrist politician that gets their ass kicked by Republicans every single time.
