Well, I am safe here in Massachusetts. Although there are some QAnon and Trump cult members here, they are vastly outnumbered and nobody parades around the streets with their firearms. I think it is actually harder to be a cult member if you are not surrounded by other cult members. So, cultists here would need to find that company on the internet. Which keeps them submerged in cult doctrine but when they go out into the actual world what they see, hear, and experience does not line up with what cultists are telling them on the internet. Reading and posting stuff on the web tends to keep them off the streets and confined to their homes. 

I think my old high school classmate probably is a bit of a shut-in and avoids people. She seems to be reposting wacko nonsense at all hours of the day and night...sometimes 100 or more posts in a day. Which she gets little response from but there are a small handful of people that encourage her. One being an old neighbor and friend of mine when I was a kid that grew up to be a drug dealer and went to prison. He is a full on wacko as well and I think would be her perfect companion except that I think he currently is living on the west coast. 

Here's an interesting thing, they say these cultists are now heavily drawn to places like Texas and Florida and that there has been a large uptick of them moving there. It would be kind of interesting if they mostly moved to those two states. Texas is already doing all they can to be a "shithole" state to use Trump's words. Merrily destroying the rights of their citizens and making it a hell hole for women to live there.

If Texas decides to pull out of the United States and make Ted Cruz and Greg Abbott their president and vice president, I think we should tell them "Don't let the door hit you in the ass."

While we provide a refuge program for all those looking to escape the new country of Texasstan. While we are helping the refugees we can deport scum like Ron Desantis, Josh Hawley, Mitch McConnell and all the other garbage that would prefer living in a place that is not a democracy, has no constitution, and where they can jail a woman, a doctor, or a scientist at the drop of a hat. Gun owners would flock there because they could walk around with their weapons and decide any disagreement with a shootout.
