A couple of weeks ago - I noted this release on discogs.com - a 2010 release of Boomtown put out by Classic Records. I have the 2003 CR release of Boomtown and it sounds great. This particular edition, though, came about during CR's release of several albums as 45rpm vs. the standard 33rpm for LPs. They were also pressed as single sided discs. And pressed on CR clear vinyl formulation. This was all in an attempt to achieve audio nirvana. I can speak for the CR 33rpm release from 2003 - it does sound so so good. But...I haven't spun this one yet. Waiting for a quiet couple of hours when I can turn it up. [you can find the discography listing for this release here with some added pictures]
