Yeah, but have you paddled the Canyon? Seriously, it can/has been done ; certain sections are tame, and then there's the crazy stuff for the death defying. Now see my post above on one Billy Hall (world class wood artist, and paddler). Did the thing in a Canoe...solo, and he's got the pictures to prove it.
Don't forget to browse the lamps. I've got about 6 or so in the house, accumulated over many years. They get more complex with time. Turn off ALL other illumination, light 'em up..and transcend!
