I'll take a slightly contrary view.  I don't think most of the election-tightening bills amount to outright voter suppression.  And with a little tighter control and documentation, it ought to be harder to charge "election fraud," and this might slowly improve confidence and trust a little bit.  Trump is old.  I think we start moving beyond the "Trump Cult" once he's not the nominee.  And I think that may well be what ultimately happens.
