I've always kind of figured there was going to come a time when the people who have used him and built him up to this point came to a place where they'd gotten all the benefits they could from him, and arranged a nice heart attack for him or something. And if he died while under trial they'd have a nice tidy martyr, instead of a very messy loose cannon of a candidate. An embolism, a stroke... I mean, who would be surprised, really?
