Regarding Putin, I honestly don't think It can get much worse than him - the guy has totally lost the plot and has staked his presidency on grabbing as much of Ukraine as possible. Getting kicked out is not an option and WHEN he does get kicked out, he will be removed. Whatever negotiations that comes next will have to be with someone else.
