He's still predicting the fall of China (and Germany) so in that way, at least he is consistent. He says some interesting things about how global trade will change because the US Navy is no longer playing police force to protect the oceans. I do wonder listening to him if he is selling these ideas to influence more defense spending, and if he has an agenda. I have never looked deeply into the guy.
His comments on the situation with Israel I felt aligned with things the surrounding countries to the conflict were doing and saying. Mainly that they did not want to help, they did not want to take on Palestinian refugees, and that this whole thing is a problem for Israel and Hamas...and really, the rest of the world has little interest in helping either of them. I get that China or Russia would use the whole thing to try and throw mud on the US but have no commitment to helping out there. It just adds to the chaos, howling wind and driving rain.
