Yes that’s how it was presented here that he was trying to stack the deck by limiting their powers. It makes him fascistic to me but not a Nazi and I can’t believe I’m defending his status as just a second grade fascist. He could prove me wrong. But a wannabe Nazi I think not do much. I’d say that of Putin more so. I do think the longer the IDF is stuck in Gaza the more dangerous it gets though. I can see this turning in a direction that brings more sympathetic aggression from turkey against him. 
I don’t study this stuff much. I’m happy to be proved wrong and a magic wand is waved and we get more Joe Biden and less of everything else. Apart from ale. More ale too.
